DNOW 2025 | February 14-17, 2025
This year, we are exploring the theme of “Light” in the Bible – learning about Jesus as the light that comes into the darkness, how we are called to be the light of the world, what it means to walk in the light, and why we can trust God’s word as the light of our paths. Along with times of worship and study, we will spend time together in large and small group activities, service projects, and meals.

The Student Ministry exists to guide students toward maturity in Christ through weekly worship gatherings, Bible study, and discipleship opportunities. We also have regular ministry events for fellowship and outreach.
SUNDAY MORNING SCHEDULE | Come at 9:30 AM and leave at NOON - Join us for Bible Study and Worship!
9:30 AM - Modern Worship (Worship Center) & Student Bible Study (Middle School in Room 3104; High School in Room 3103)
10:30 AM - Enjoy some Community Time as we hang out in the Alcove
11:00 AM - Classic Worship (Worship Center) & Student Bible Study (room 3103 in FBP Students corner).
Sunday nights are for FBP Students! We invite all 6th-12th graders to join us on Sunday evenings, 6:30-8:00 PM in the Cove at First Baptist Plano.
What to expect:
• Fellowship - sharing life in community with other students
• Worship - glorifying God in community through praise and prayer
• Discipleship - maturing in faith through studying Scripture and following Christ's example
A typical Sunday night includes doors opening at 6:30 PM to the FBP Students Alcove, where we start the night with community through conversation, enjoying some snacks, and playing games. We transition to a time of worship in the Cove at 7:00 PM, which includes singing songs together, studying Scripture together, and praying together. Finally, we conclude the evening at 8:00 PM by sending students out to be witnesses of Christ in their homes, schools, friend groups, and teams.

In addition to weekly activities, we also have occasional events each year including mission trips, camps, DNOW, and more.
